Missing Girl Ottawa police are asking for your help to locate a missing girl. The 16 year old was last seen yesterday afternoon at 3 in the Stittsville area. She is five foot four, 200 pounds, and has shoulder length purple hair. She was wearing blue jeans, a turquoise hoodie, and running shoes. Tongues are wagging after the announcement that McGuinty will resign as Premier and leader of the Ontario Liberals. McGuinty will step down after a new leader is named. Not Watson So the question remains: who will replace Dalton McGuinty as leader of the Ontario Liberals? Ottawa Mayor Jim Watson says it won’t be him. Watson says he’s content being the Mayor of Ottawa, and won’t pursue the provincial leadership.
